These days women can become a doctor if they want, but back in the days, Geisha was the highest female profession existed. They are trained from childhood, their job is their life, they cannot even get married. They live a quite restricted life. Not only Japanese dance, koto herp instrument, singing, tea ceremony etc to master as an art performer, they learn how to have a conversation with high rank men in Kyoto Dialect. Their daily life includes in reading Nikkei (Japan Economic) Newspapers as well as daily lessons. They are suffering significantly since pandemic started, this is the only reason why they are willing to do zoom. Basically they are worth a lot more than zoom. Let’s appreciate this once in lifetime opportunity, and enjoy this cultural event together.

(Geishas don’t wake up until noon because they work until midnight. She is waking up early for you that day to get ready which takes more than a couple of hours. This was the earliest I could negotiate, please understand.
